How we work together.
In short: we work with businesses. Your project has a fixed price, paid in three milestones: 40% to start, 40% when you accept the preview, 20% at launch. You accept each phase against written criteria, with two revision rounds per phase. Once the last payment is made, you own the site, its code, its content and every account. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

1. Parties and definitions
1.1 We. “We”, “us” and “Savage” mean Savage Automations (Emil Tomov), Bulgaria. Our company is not registered yet. Once it is, its name, registration number and registered address will replace this paragraph.
1.2 You. “You” and “the client” mean the business that accepts our proposal. Whoever accepts confirms that they may bind that business.
1.3 Businesses only. We contract with businesses only. By accepting a proposal you confirm that you act for your trade, business or profession. If you are buying as a private person, tell us before you accept.
1.4 Upwork. While our contracts run through Upwork, Upwork’s Terms of Service govern the platform: escrow, payment release, Upwork’s fees, its dispute process and its rules on taking work off the platform. These Terms set our scope and policies. If the two conflict, Upwork’s Terms prevail.
1.5 Words we use.
- Proposal: our written offer: scope, fixed price, timeline and milestones.
- Project: the work in one accepted proposal.
- Phase: Diagnose, Build, Prove or Launch, the four steps of every project.
- Brief: the one-page written result of Diagnose: what the site must do, for whom, in what order, and the acceptance criteria.
- Milestone: one of the three payments: Start, Preview, Launch.
- Preview: the working site on a private link, before it goes live.
- Day: a calendar day. Working day: Monday to Friday, except Bulgarian public holidays.
- In writing: by email or by Upwork message.
1.6 Which document wins. The accepted proposal and the brief decide scope, price and dates. These Terms and the Refund Policy decide everything else. On platform matters, Upwork’s Terms decide (1.4).
2. The services
2.1 Our offers and their starting prices are published on this site under Prices:
- One-page site, from €600.
- Full site, from €1,500.
- Onboarding pilot, from €3,000, for one wave of new hires.
- Care plan, from €49 a month, optional (section 13).
Timelines are in section 5.
2.2 Your price is the fixed price in your proposal. It changes only through an accepted change of scope (section 7).
2.3 Our prices are in euros. On Upwork, the contract shows the euro price in US dollars at the day’s rate. Upwork’s own fees are set by Upwork and are not part of our price.
2.4 Where VAT or another tax applies, it is handled as the law requires.
2.5 Anything the proposal does not list is not included.
3. How a project starts
3.1 Enquiry. You tell us what the site should make people do: through the form on this site, by email or on Upwork.
3.2 Proposal. Within one working day we reply with the phase plan, the fixed price, the timeline and the milestones.
3.3 Acceptance. You accept by starting the Upwork contract for the proposal. From then on, these Terms and the Refund Policy apply.
3.4 Start milestone. You fund the Start milestone (40%). We begin once it is funded.
3.5 Diagnose call. We hold the 45-minute Diagnose call with you, then send the brief for your acceptance.
3.6 Content. With the brief comes a content checklist (logo, photos, facts, testimonials, legal details), each item with a due date.
4. Phases, acceptance and revisions
4.1 Every project runs through four phases, in this order:
- Diagnose: the Diagnose call and the brief.
- Build: design and build, on a preview you can open on your phone.
- Prove: speed and security tests with you watching, and a click-through of the booking flow together.
- Launch: your domain goes live, and you receive the handover page (12.3).
4.2 Acceptance criteria. The brief states in writing what “done” means. Each phase is accepted against those criteria, not against taste.
4.3 Your review. At the end of each phase we ask you to accept it. Within 5 working days, please either accept it or send one written list of what misses the criteria. On Upwork, payment release follows Upwork’s own review process.
4.4 Defects are free. Anything that misses the criteria we fix at no cost, without using a revision round.
4.5 Two revision rounds per phase. Each phase includes up to two rounds of changes within the brief. A round is one consolidated list, sent in writing. A third round, or anything outside the brief, is a change of scope (section 7).
4.6 One phase at a time. A phase starts only after you have accepted the one before it.
5. Timelines
5.1 How long. One-page site: 10 days to a site ready to go live, with Build and Prove done. Full site: 3–4 weeks. Onboarding pilot and any other work: the dates in the proposal. Where a range is given, the later end counts.
5.2 When the clock starts. On the day both are in place: the Start milestone is funded, and we have the accepted brief and the content it lists.
5.3 When the clock stops. The clock pauses while we wait for you (for content, access, feedback, an acceptance or a payment) and restarts when we have it.
5.4 If you go silent. If we are waiting for an answer we need (content, access, feedback, an acceptance or a payment), we send a reminder 7, 14 and 21 days after we asked. 30 days after we asked, we submit the phase as it stands, and your review (4.3) starts; on Upwork, Upwork’s own review process applies. A milestone that is not funded is never charged. If you come back later, the rest of the project gets a new milestone and new dates. After those 30 days either of us may also end the project (section 16).
5.5 If we are late. If a one-page site misses its 10-day timeline by more than 5 working days for reasons on our side, you get 10% off, as set out in the Refund Policy.
6. Payments
6.1 Every project is paid in three milestones:
- Start, 40%: pays for Diagnose. Funded when the contract starts, released when you accept the brief.
- Preview, 40%: pays for Build and Prove. Funded when Build starts, released when you accept the preview.
- Launch, 20%: pays for Launch. Funded when you accept the preview, released when the site is live.
6.2 Escrow. On Upwork, each milestone sits in Upwork’s escrow from funding until release. We start the work a milestone pays for once it is funded.
6.3 Direct contracts. We do not take payments outside Upwork yet.
6.4 Late payment. If a milestone is not funded or paid when due, work pauses until it is, and the timeline moves by the same time.
6.5 Third-party costs. You pay the domain, paid tools, font licences and AI usage directly to each provider, in your name, unless the proposal says otherwise.
7. Changes of scope
7.1 Anything outside the accepted brief, or a third revision round, is a change of scope: for example a new page, section, feature, integration or language.
7.2 You ask for it in writing. We reply with what it adds, its fixed price and its effect on the timeline.
7.3 Nothing changes until you accept that reply in writing. On Upwork, the change becomes a new milestone, funded before we start it.
8. Your obligations
8.1 Content. Send what the content checklist asks for, complete and final, by its due date.
8.2 Access. Open the accounts the project needs in your name (section 12) and invite us, or set them up with us in a screen-share session.
8.3 Feedback. Name one person who decides for you, and reply to every review within 5 working days (4.3).
8.4 Lawful content. Everything you give us (text, photos, logos, testimonials, client names) must be yours to use, and every claim about your business must be true and lawful. We write copy from what you tell us; you check it before you accept. Regulated businesses, for example in finance, are responsible for their own regulatory statements.
8.5 Your legal pages. Your privacy notice, cookie notice and company details are your responsibility. We can place them on the site from a text you approve; we do not give legal advice.
8.6 Upwork rules. Do not ask us to take an Upwork project, or its payments, off Upwork against Upwork’s rules.
9. Intellectual property
9.1 On final payment, you own it all. Once the Launch milestone is paid, you own the site made for you: its design, code and content. The accounts are yours from day one (section 12). You may edit, move or rebuild the site with anyone.
9.2 Until then. Until final payment, the work stays ours. You may use the preview to review it.
9.3 What we keep. We keep our own tools, templates, code libraries, scripts, methods and know-how. Where they are part of your site, you get a permanent, free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use and change them as part of that site.
9.4 Third-party licences pass through. Fonts, open-source code, stock media and plugins keep their own licences, which pass to you as they are. Paid licences are bought in your name.
9.5 AI-made material. Some images or video loops may be made with AI tools on paid plans that allow commercial use. Such material is not exclusive to you and may not be protected by copyright in every country. We never generate real people, logos or trademarks without your written permission. We list AI-made material in the handover, and we label AI imagery that could be mistaken for your real place, product or people.
9.6 Your materials stay yours. You let us use them for the project, and for the portfolio under section 10.
10. Portfolio
10.1 Once your site is live, we may show it in our portfolio: on our site, on Upwork and on social media. We show the public site only: screenshots, a short screen recording, the speed scores, your business name and a short description.
10.2 If you do not want this, tell us in writing, at any time, before or after launch. One line is enough. We then stop showing it, and within 14 days we remove what we have published in places we control.
10.3 We never show your enquiries, your visitors’ details, your logins or your confidential information (section 11), and we never state results you have not confirmed.
11. Confidentiality and personal data
11.1 Each of us keeps the other’s non-public information confidential and uses it only for the project, during the project and after it. This excludes information that is public, was already known to the receiver, or must be disclosed by law.
11.2 Send us internal documents only, never your customers’ personal data, unless we have first signed a data processing agreement. The Onboarding pilot always has one, because trainee names and scores are personal data.
11.3 Within 30 days after the project ends we delete your files from our machines, except what the law requires us to keep (such as payment records) and what the portfolio shows.
11.4 For personal data sent through this site, see our Privacy page.
12. Hosting, domains and accounts
12.1 In your name. The domain, hosting, analytics, code repository, CMS, form and booking tools are opened in your name, with your email address, and you pay each provider.
12.2 Our access. We work in them as an invited user. You hold the passwords. If we set an account up together, you change its password at handover.
12.3 Handover. At launch you receive one page listing every account: what it does, what it costs, and how you log in.
12.4 Providers. Each provider’s own terms govern its account. We are not responsible for a provider’s outages, prices or changes to its service.
12.5 After the project. We remove our access, unless you keep us on through the care plan.
13. Care plan
13.1 Opt-in. The care plan is optional. It starts only when you ask for it in writing.
13.2 Price. From €49 a month, paid monthly in advance (on Upwork, as a separate contract with one milestone a month). We may change the price with 30 days’ written notice, and you may cancel before it applies.
13.3 Cancel any month. Tell us in writing before the next month starts. The month already started runs to its end and is not refunded.
13.4 Included.
- Hosting: we look after the hosting set-up in your account.
- Updates: security and software updates to what we built.
- Uptime monitoring: we watch the site and act on every alert.
- One improvement a month: one small change, such as a text or image change, a new FAQ question or a speed fix, of up to about one hour of work. Unused improvements do not carry over.
13.5 Not included. New pages, sections or features; redesigns; new copy beyond the monthly improvement; providers’ fees (domain, paid tools, fonts, AI usage); repairs after changes made by you or another developer; marketing, advertising and SEO campaigns. Bigger changes are quoted at a fixed price (section 7).
14. Warranties
14.1 Works as accepted. At launch, the site does what the accepted brief says, on current versions of the major browsers, on phone and desktop.
14.2 30 days of fixes. We fix free any defect in what we delivered that you report within 30 days after launch.
14.3 Measured, not frozen. Speed and security are tested at launch. The results are a snapshot: later edits, added scripts or provider changes can move them.
14.4 No promise of results. We build the site to win customers, but we do not promise search rankings, traffic, bookings, sales or revenue.
14.5 Nothing else. We give no warranties beyond those in this section, as far as the law allows.
15. Liability
15.1 Cap. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the project the claim relates to.
15.2 Indirect loss. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, revenue, data or goodwill, or for business interruption.
15.3 Outside our control. We are not liable for providers’ services (12.4), for content you supplied (8.4), or for changes anyone else makes after launch.
15.4 What is never limited. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence.
15.5 Onboarding pilot. The pilot is a training aid. Decisions about your staff remain yours.
16. Ending a project
16.1 You may end a project at any time, in writing (on Upwork, also by ending the contract there).
16.2 We may end a project in writing if a payment is more than 10 working days overdue after a reminder, if we have waited 30 days for your answer (5.4), if you ask us to publish unlawful content, or if you seriously breach these Terms.
16.3 Money. The Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms, decides what is refunded and what is kept.
16.4 Work. If a project ends early, you keep the brief. The site passes to you only once the project is paid in full (9.1). If we end a project for reasons on our side, you also receive the work of every phase you have paid for.
16.5 What continues. Sections 9, 10, 11, 14, 15 and 18 continue after a project ends.
17. Force majeure
17.1 Neither of us is responsible for a delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, epidemics, acts of government, or a major outage at a provider the work depends on.
17.2 The side affected tells the other promptly, and the timeline moves by the time lost. If the event lasts more than 30 days, either of us may end the project, and the Refund Policy applies.
18. Governing law and courts
18.1 These Terms and every project are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria.
18.2 We first try to settle any dispute by talking to each other. On Upwork contracts, Upwork’s dispute process may be used.
18.3 If that fails, the competent court in Bulgaria decides.
18.4 These Terms are written in English. If a translation differs, the English text applies.
19. Changes to these terms
19.1 We may update these Terms and the Refund Policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
19.2 A project keeps the version that applied when you accepted its proposal. A running care plan moves to a new version 30 days after we tell you in writing, and you may cancel before then.
19.3 When our company is registered, we will ask you in writing before a running contract moves to it.
