How your data is handled.

Short version: the form sends one email to the studio, a copy sits in Cloudflare until the enquiry is closed, and nothing else is done with it.

What is collected

Only what you put in the form: your name, your email address, what you need, what the site should make people do, and a budget range. No account, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies.

Why

To reply to your enquiry with a phase plan and a price. That is the only use.

Where it goes

The form is delivered by Cloudflare, which stores a copy of the message in a European data centre, and delivered by Resend as an email to emiltomov (at) savageautomations.io. Cloudflare Turnstile runs a spam check on the page before sending. No third party receives your details for marketing.

How long it is kept

Until the enquiry is closed, and at most twelve months. If you become a client, project correspondence is kept for the duration of the engagement and for the period required for invoices.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

Your rights

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time. Write to emiltomov (at) savageautomations.io. If you are in the EU you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
