What does a client need to provide?+
Forty-five minutes on a call, a logo if one exists, and honest answers about who should be booking. Savage writes the copy, makes the visuals, and builds the booking flow.
Who owns the site afterwards?+
You do. Code, content, domain, analytics, every account. The care plan is optional and cancellable monthly.
Can we work through Upwork?+
Yes. On Upwork the payment for each phase sits in escrow until you approve the work, which is the same guarantee Savage gives everywhere.
Can I edit the site myself?+
Yes. A Launch Site hands over clean files that you or any developer can edit. A Signature Site includes a CMS for text and images. Either way you own everything and can take it anywhere.
I already have a site. Can it be fixed instead?+
If the goal is a page that books, a Launch Site usually replaces it faster and cheaper than patching. If the current site is sound and one page or one flow needs work, say so in the brief and the reply prices that phase alone.
What time zone does the studio work in?+
Sofia, Eastern European time. Calls are offered from 09:00 to 20:00 local, which covers Europe, the UK and the US East Coast morning. Written replies within one working day.
Can we work outside Upwork?+
